Our team believes in giving back to the community and making a positive impact in the greater Hamilton area. We are dedicated to supporting the families, organizations, and initiatives that help our community thrive.

We proudly assist non-profit organizations, youth sports programs, schools, and charitable initiatives working to create a better future.

How to Request a Donation

To submit a donation request, please review the guidelines below and complete the form at the bottom of the page.

Eligibility:

  • Requests must come from a non-profit or charitable organization that benefits local residents.

  • Donations must be used for fundraising purposes only (e.g., raffles, silent or live auctions).

Restrictions:

  • Each organization may submit one request per calendar year.

Application Process
  • All requests must be submitted online using the official donation request form.

  • We do not accept fax, email, mail, or phone requests.

  • If you have questions, please contact info@iblcardinals.ca

  • Requests must be submitted at least 2-4 weeks before the event.

Request Fulfillment
  • Donations are processed on a rolling basis and are fulfilled sequentially.

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.

  • Specific items, autographs, or merchandise are not guaranteed.

  • Items donated cannot be resold for profit.

  • Use of the Hamilton Cardinals name, logo, or branding must be approved in writing.
